Jeff is the CEO of CRS and co-founded it in 2011. Before his current roles in healthcare, Jeff worked as a district manager, director of operations, vice president, and treating clinician. Jeff’s dedication and personal interest in clinical development and advancing the acute and post-acute care industry led him to help develop CRS. Jeff believes that in order to do what’s best for our resident we have to create strong managers, clinicians, and caregivers. His vision for CRS is to, “help others develop a company that I would want to work in, and that everyone else will want to work in too.” His ultimate goal is to help organizations deliver true quality care, while maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards. Jeff and his wife Kara are the parents of four children.

Paul has a background in finance and sales operations, having worked as a financial advisor, sales trainer, and consultant before coming to CRS. This culture and model, along with their commitment to elders and person-centered care, brought Paul to the company in 2012. Paul is married to his wife Alison, and they live in Noblesville, Indiana.
